Can I make a booking on behalf of someone else?
Yes, that’s no problem. You'll just need to have the contact details for the lead guest to hand when you're making a booking on their behalf.
Important: At check-in, the front desk will ask guests for their photo ID and the bank card used for booking, for security reasons. If the payment card is not present, guests must then arrange payment with an alternative card under their name.
