Serviced Apartment Living
Why stay in a serviced apartment?
Not sure what to expect from a serviced apartment? If you’re used to hotels, read on for the lowdown on why an apartment will change the way you travel forever.
ALL THE HOME COMFORTS,
NONE OF THE HASSLE
Not only do serviced apartments have more space than hotel rooms, they also have more of the things you need. Even the smallest Cove studios have kitchens, and many have washing machines too. Serviced apartments also have living space to relax in, with some of our locations offering shared gyms and lounges. So you can continue living the way you live at home, seamlessly.
MAKE MORE OF YOUR STAY
More choice
Studio, one-bedroom or two? Serviced apartments come in all shapes and sizes, so you can choose the right one to suit your group. Many also come with a sofa bed in the living area – perfect if the kids or last-minute guests join you at the weekend
More value
Serviced apartments typically have much lower overheads than hotels, which means cost savings can be passed onto guests. Having your own kitchen means you’ll save money too – just fill the fridge when you arrive and you’ll never pay for an overpriced pastry again
More room
You wouldn’t spend all your time sitting on the bed at home, so why should you when you’re away? With living areas, sofas, tables and kitchens, your apartment will have plenty of room for real life. If you’re working from home, you’ll have all the space you need.
More flexible
Come and go as you please. Eat breakfast at a time that suits you. Invite friends or colleagues round for a take-away. Your apartment is yours to use however you like, without any of the strict rules you might find in a hotel. Some are even dog-friendly – a real home from home
More peace of mind
Your apartment allows you to live, eat and work completely autonomously, with minimal contact with other guests (unless you want it). Some Cove locations have 24-hour receptions, but help is always just a few taps of a button away if you need it.
More immersive
There’s nothing like a trip to the local supermarket to make you feel like you’re really living somewhere. With a serviced apartment, you’ll be less of a tourist and more of a local – we’ve got lots of tips for every area, and we welcome new discoveries from our guests too.
still have questions?
All of the home comforts with none of the hassle. Not only do our serviced apartments have more space than hotel rooms, they also have more of the things you need. Even the smallest Cove studios have kitchens, and many have washing machines too. Serviced apartments also have living space to relax in, with some of our locations offering shared gyms and lounges. Our apartments offer more choice, more value and most importantly more room. Having your own kitchen means you’ll save money through stocking up the fridge and cooking up a storm. On top of that all Cove apartments feature generous living areas, with tables and sofas. If you’re working from home or just enjoying a night in, you’ll have all the space you need. Serviced apartments are all about providing flexibility. To come and go as you please, eat breakfast when you like and invite friends for a glass or two. Some are even dog-friendly – a real home from home.
All of our Cove apartments have kitchens – even the smallest studios. There’ll be a range of kitchen appliances available as standard: An oven or microwave oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Plus – all the bits and bobs you need to prepare a meal: cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans and more. Depending on your apartment you may also have a dishwasher, coffee machine or other extras. If there’s something missing let reception know and they will help you out.
Yes – every Cove apartment comes with facilities for doing your own laundry. As standard, there’ll be a washer/dryer in every room, as well as an ironing board and iron so you can keep your shirts looking fresh and clean. We’ll even provide washing detergent when you first move in, so you’ll be good to go. Towels and bedding are also provided in every room.
Serviced apartments come fully-furnished and offer give you the flexibility to come and go as you please, without getting tied into any lengthy, fixed-term contracts. You pay by the day, so if you book on a flexible rate you’ll be able to cancel or amend your stay up until 24 hours before your arrival. Plus, you won’t be charged any surprise admin fees, or hefty deposits.
Fixed tenancies usually come with a minimum term, lots of paperwork and large deposits. So they’re great if you know you’ll be in the city for an extended period of time, but it can be difficult to get out of a contract if you need to move early. They’re also less likely to come furnished or with bills included, so you’ll need to bring your own cooking and living essentials with you when you move, and spend hours on the phone with utility providers. So If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in-between rentals, have just relocated to a new city, or are travelling on business, serviced apartments will offer all the flexibility you need.
