Cove serviced apartments come fully-furnished and give you the flexibility to come and go as you please, without getting tied into any lengthy, fixed-term contracts. You pay by the day, so if you book on a flexible rate you’ll be able to cancel or amend your stay before your arrival, if needed (Plus, you won’t be charged any surprise admin fees, or hefty deposits). You'll also have the guarantee of staying with a reputable company, unlike with most AirBnB stays.

Standard apartment rentals (i.e. fixed tenancies) usually come with a minimum term, lots of paperwork and large deposits. So they’re great if you know you’ll be in the city for an extended period of time, but it can be difficult to get out of a contract if you need to move early. They’re also less likely to come furnished or with bills included, so you’ll need to bring your own cooking and living essentials with you when you move, and spend hours on the phone with utility providers. So If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in-between rentals, have just relocated to a new city, or are travelling on business, Cove serviced apartments will offer all the flexibility you need.

There's no limit to how long you can stay in a Cove apartment - we'll have you as long as you'll have us. 

Note that unlike a shorthold tenancy, there may be situations where we need to relocate you to a different apartment if you're staying long-term, and we reserve the right to ask you to leave at any time (for example, if a property is due to undergo renovations). But, we will endeavour to keep you settled for the full period of your stay. 

When you stay with us, all standard bills are covered, and more. This includes:

• Gas 
• Council Tax 
• Private, super-fast Wi-Fi
• Weekly cleaning 

In some Cove properties, you'll also have access to a gym and other communal areas. 

Plus, if something isn't working or there's a problem with your apartment, we'll be around to fix it (quickly).
