When will I recieve details about how to access the apartment building?

As soon as your booking has been processed by our team, if you've booked on our website you will receive a booking confirmation with basic arrival details.

In our un-manned Cove locations (where there is no Reception), you will recieve an email 72 hours before your arrival containing access codes for entering the building.

If you have booked parking that requires additional access details, these will be delivered to you by email and/or communicated with you by our Reservations team at the time of booking.
