Is there a reception on-site at Arne Street, and how do I get in contact?

There is no on-site reception at Cove - Arne Street, Covent Garden. 

What does this mean for you? 
When you arrive, you'll need to self check-in and collect your own keys. If you have an upcoming booking, you should recieve a pre-arrival email containing details about the arrival process, and any access codes required, around 72 hours before you arrive.

We recommend adding any extras to your stay before arrival, so these can be arranged in advance. Also note, we aren't able to offer luggage storage as there are no on-site hosts to look after it.
