Is there a reception on-site at The Moorgate by Cove, and how do I get in contact?
The Moorgate is a self check-in property and doesn’t have an on-site reception team.
What does this mean for you?
When you arrive, you'll need to self check-in and collect your own keys on property. If you have an upcoming booking, you will receive a pre-arrival email containing details about the arrival process, and any access codes required, around 72 hours before you arrive. We recommend adding any extras to your stay before arrival, so these can be arranged in advance.
Please note, we aren't able to offer luggage storage as there are no on-site hosts to look after it. 24/7 assistance is available from Cannon Street (only 7 min walk away).
