What fire safety precautions are in place at Minshull Street?

All Cove properties have fire safety precautions in place in order to keep our guests and staff safe. All our reception, managers and onsite staff are trained fire marshalls. With risk assessments carried out regularly to ensure everybody's safety.

At Cove - Minshull Street, Piccadilly, on-site fire safety precautions include:

- Smoke detectors in each apartment
- Smoke detectors in public spaces
- Sufficient areas for safe cigarette disposal in designated smoking areas
- Fire extinguishers
- Fire blankets in the kitchen of each apartment
- Fire evacuation plans displayed next to the main door in each apartment
