What fire safety precautions are in place at St Martin's?

All Cove properties have fire safety precautions in place in order to keep our guests and staff safe, with risk assessments carried out regularly to ensure everybody's safety.

At Cove - St Martin's, Covent Garden, on-site fire safety precautions include:

- Smoke detectors in each apartment
- Smoke detectors in public spaces
- Fire blankers are found in the kitchen of each apartment
- Fire evacuation plans are displayed in each apartment on the front door
